As an Strategic Cuisines Sales Development Representative (SC SDR), you will play a key role in expanding Toast’s reach by engaging inbound leads and connecting with US-based SMB restaurants (1-15 locations). This role focuses on leveraging paid, organic, partner, event, and referral leads from our inbound router. Your goal will be to use a variety of outreach methods—calls, emails, texts, and social—to engage prospects and schedule demos with Strategic Cuisines Account Executives across the United States.
A day in the life (Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound leads and proactively engage restaurant owners and decision-makers through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, text, social).
- Schedule 36+ demos per month for Strategic Cuisines Account Executives.
- Contribute to $45,000+ in ARR per month as a ramped rep.
- Make a minimum of 65 calls per day, with a total of 100+ outreach activities (calls, emails, texts, social).
- Work collaboratively with SC Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and prospect interactions in Salesforce and Salesloft.

- Fluency in Spanish (in addition to English) – written and verbal communication.
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (sales internships included).
- Strong work ethic and determination to exceed goals.
- Excellent organization, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment while staying motivated and collaborative.
