Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Karbon’s Product Coordinator role sits in a familiar SaaS pressure point: keeping product strategy and engineering execution aligned while multiple initiatives move in parallel. By supporting both the CPO and CTO, the position operates close to the decision layer where roadmap tradeoffs, delivery sequencing, and stakeholder expectations are shaped, making it particularly relevant to how modern SaaS organisations run product and technology as a single system.
For a SaaS career, the long-term value is the operating view it provides into product development rhythms and cross-functional coordination. The work builds fluency in the mechanics that underpin SaaS delivery, such as meeting cadences, dependency tracking, documentation hygiene, and clear internal communications. Experience gained here tends to transfer well across SaaS environments where execution quality is often determined by process clarity and information flow rather than headcount.
This role is best suited to professionals who enjoy being a connective layer between leaders and teams, and who take satisfaction in turning ambiguous requests into structured plans and follow-through. It also fits someone who wants proximity to product and engineering without being on an individual contributor build track, and who is comfortable balancing executive support with project coordination responsibilities.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.

- The CPO and CTO are operating at peak efficiency, with their time focused on high-leverage strategic activities.
- Product and Technology projects are better coordinated, with fewer "surprises" and clearer cross-functional communication.
- The Product and Technology teams feel supported, informed, and connected through well-executed internal events and communications.
- You are recognized as a trusted partner who brings order, clarity, and momentum to the organization.
About You!
- Proven Coordination Experience: Significant experience in a coordinator, project management, or high-level executive assistant role, preferably within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
- Superior Organization: Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities without dropping the ball.
- Executive Presence: High level of professionalism and the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and diverse global teams.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can distill complex information into clear, actionable updates.
- Technical Literacy: A baseline understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum) and product management principles to effectively navigate the team's landscape.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: A "get-it-done" attitude with the ability to anticipate needs before they are explicitly stated.
