### Why this Role is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
People Operations roles in SaaS increasingly sit at the intersection of systems, data, and global coordination, and this position reflects that shift. With explicit ownership of Greenhouse and BambooHR and a mandate to use AI tools in day to day workflows, the work aligns with how modern SaaS companies run talent infrastructure: instrumented, auditable, and designed for repeatability across teams and geographies.
For a SaaS career, the standout value is the structured progression from recruitment operations into broader HR operations. That creates exposure to the full lifecycle of people data, from funnel metrics and offer documentation through to HRIS integrity, onboarding and offboarding, and workforce reporting. Experience building reliable reporting cadences, maintaining clean systems, and improving workflows translates well across SaaS environments where headcount planning and operational visibility are tightly linked.
