### Why this Role is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
People Analytics leadership is becoming a core capability in mature SaaS companies, where recurring revenue models depend on sustained execution across Sales, Product, and Customer teams. This Director role stands out because it treats workforce data as an enterprise decision system, with explicit ownership of the underlying ecosystem across common HR platforms and a mandate to support senior leadership with durable, trusted insights.
For a SaaS career, the long-term value here is the chance to move beyond dashboarding into analytics maturity work that is increasingly portable across high-scale software organizations. Building governance, integrating multiple systems of record, and introducing predictive approaches are skills that translate well across SaaS environments where headcount planning, retention, and productivity are tightly linked to operating metrics and forecasting cycles.

- Elevate employee listening and organizational diagnostics: Lead Gong’s employee listening strategy, translating engagement and culture data into targeted actions that improve organizational health and leadership effectiveness.
- Build and lead a high-performing team: Hire, develop, and mentor a team of analytics professionals.
