The Role
We are hiring a Nordics Account Executive to build and own our presence across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Demandbase already supports customers in the region, and market engagement has reinforced the long term potential. The next step is focused expansion. Your objective is to proactively generate pipeline, elevate brand presence, and accelerate new SaaS logo acquisition across the Nordics. You will operate as the dedicated territory owner, selling consultatively into sales and marketing leadership while establishing a strong commercial foundation for sustained regional growth.
This role offers true greenfield ownership inside a high performing, winning team. We consistently exceed our numbers, compete from a position of differentiation with limited direct competition, and are expanding headcount intentionally as part of our international growth strategy. As the first focused rep across the Nordics, you gain autonomy, executive visibility, and leadership runway. As the region scales, you will be positioned to expand scope and influence while building meaningful upside.
Location: preferred location is within the Nordics region (Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, or Helsinki). Candidates must spend consistent time in region building executive relationships and market presence.
What you’ll do
Own the Nordics Territory: Build and execute a proactive territory strategy across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, identifying priority industries, high value accounts, and buying centers across sales and marketing organizations.
Build the Pipeline Engine: Operate without a dedicated SDR at the outset. You will prospect, create, and advance your own opportunities while establishing the long term demand foundation for the region. Within your first two quarters, you will be expected to build a qualified pipeline capable of consistently supporting net new logo acquisition.
Drive Net New Revenue: Close new SaaS business aligned to a ramped first year quota and approximately $1M annual target once fully ramped. Success is defined by new logo acquisition, measurable regional penetration, and sustainable pipeline growth.
Sell at the Business Problem Level: Engage VP and C level sales and marketing leaders. Diagnose declining close rates, wasted advertising spend, poor pipeline quality, and lack of visibility into anonymous buying intent. Position Demandbase as a strategic revenue platform rather than a feature tool.
Establish Market Presence: Represent Demandbase in region by hosting and attending events, building executive relationships, and increasing brand credibility across the Nordics.
Who you are
You are a proven SaaS seller who wins new business by uncovering real business problems and aligning solutions to measurable revenue outcomes.
You understand how modern sales and marketing organizations operate. Ideally you have experience in Martech, Sales Tech, ABM, or adjacent revenue technology.
You are inquisitive, commercially sharp, and able to articulate why a company would invest in a platform like Demandbase.
You thrive in entrepreneurial environments where you are expected to create momentum, not inherit it. You are comfortable building pipeline from scratch and do not rely on inbound volume or heavy SDR infrastructure to be successful.
You understand Nordic business culture and ideally speak at least one Nordic language fluently. If not based full time in region, you are willing to spend meaningful time on the ground building presence.
You are motivated by ownership, autonomy, and upside. You want to shape a region and play a visible role in scaling international growth.
