Job Description
We are looking for a HR and People Coordinator to join our NinjaOne HR team. This person will perform a broad range of human resources activities and will serve as an integral contributor to support the growth and operations of the company. This coordinator will be the first point of contact to assist employees in HR related inquiries including insurance, payroll, employer verifications, and conflict resolution.
Location - Hybrid in Tampa, FL (In the office 3/4 days per week Mon, Tues, & Thurs)
Manage the onboarding steps associated with transitioning candidates to new hires, including welcome emails, IT logistics, onboarding instructions, I-9s, etc. while partnering with key stakeholders
Responsible for data management within HR information system, and employee personnel files including pay changes, role changes, and organization updates
