Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
CrewAI sits in a distinct corner of the SaaS landscape where open-source adoption feeds an enterprise platform, and where product value is often proven through real usage before a contract is signed. An SDR role in this kind of developer and AI infrastructure company is closely tied to translating technical outcomes into business conversations, especially when buyers span engineering, data, and IT leadership.
For a SaaS career, this role offers durable exposure to modern pipeline creation in a product-led world. Working alongside account executives, forward deployed engineers, and marketing builds cross-functional fluency that carries across many SaaS categories, from devtools to security and data platforms. The emphasis on multi-channel outbound, tight CRM hygiene, and metric-driven iteration mirrors how many high-performing SaaS teams refine go-to-market systems as they mature.
This position tends to suit early-career sellers who like structured activity, feedback loops, and learning a technical product well enough to earn attention from sophisticated prospects. It also fits candidates who prefer clear ownership of top-of-funnel outcomes and who want their next steps to remain flexible across sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles within SaaS.

Job Description
CrewAI is the leading open-source framework and enterprise platform for building and orchestrating multi-agent AI systems. Since launching in late 2023, CrewAI has become one of the fastest-adopted AI developer tools in the world, powering 300M+ agent executions per month across thousands of companies and a rapidly expanding open-source community.
With CrewAI, teams can design specialized AI agents, connect them into dynamic “crews” and event-driven “flows,” and deploy them into production with governance, security, and scalability. Our mission is to give every team the ability to automate complex workflows, integrate AI safely into their businesses, and move beyond one-off LLM prompts toward robust agentic systems.
