Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Director, Corporate Events EMEA role stands out in SaaS because it treats events as a measurable growth channel rather than a brand-only function. With a large annual event volume across multiple EMEA markets, the work sits at the intersection of field marketing, regional go to market execution, and operational standardisation, all common pressure points for B2B SaaS companies expanding internationally.
From a SaaS career perspective, the role builds durable experience in tying programs to pipeline and revenue outcomes, using attribution and reporting in core systems like CRM and marketing automation. Leading a regional strategy while partnering closely with Sales, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops mirrors how modern SaaS organisations run integrated revenue teams, and it develops judgement around segmentation, account targeting, and lifecycle follow up.
The position is best suited to a senior events leader who prefers structured planning, clear KPIs, and cross functional alignment over one off activations. It will appeal to someone comfortable managing teams and vendors across languages and countries, and who wants ownership of a regional program where consistency and local adaptation both matter.
