As our Vice President, Employee Experience, you will lead the strategy and execution of initiatives that define how Dutonians experience work—across a centralized team including People Development, Culture, Employer Brand, Listening, and Workplace functions.
This role will play a pivotal part in scaling an inclusive, values-driven culture that supports high performance, innovation, and well-being in a hybrid, global environment. You will partner closely with senior leaders to ensure that every employee feels connected to PagerDuty’s mission: helping teams respond better to moments that matter.

Through clear reporting and storytelling to the Executive Leadership Team, this role ensures employee perspectives directly inform business priorities, culture evolution, and people strategy decisions.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in People, Culture, Employee Experience, or Organizational Development leadership in a fast-paced environment, ideally in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven success leading large-scale employee experience, engagement, or culture transformations that improved business results.
- Strong understanding of global hybrid workforce design and digital employee engagement practices.
- High-level acumen of employer brand, inclusion, and belonging practices
- Adept at using data to drive experience design and demonstrate impact.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and influence skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
