Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Renewal Manager maternity cover sits at the heart of a SaaS company’s retention engine, where recurring revenue depends on disciplined renewal execution and early risk management. With ownership of a defined portfolio and a strong French-language renewal mix, the role reflects a common SaaS reality: renewals are a structured commercial motion, not an administrative step, and they require confident customer conversations to protect ARR.
For someone building a SaaS career, the assignment offers concentrated exposure to the mechanics that underpin net revenue retention. Managing renewal cycles end to end, handling seat reductions and contract changes, and maintaining forecast accuracy in Salesforce are experiences that translate across subscription businesses, especially those operating at scale with clear process and cross-functional handoffs between Customer Success, Sales, and Finance.
This role tends to suit professionals who enjoy operational rigor alongside customer-facing negotiation, and who can take ownership quickly in a time-bound context. It will appeal to candidates comfortable switching between pipeline hygiene and commercial problem solving, and to those who value learning how renewal performance is sustained when continuity matters most.
