Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Senior Product Manager role sits in a core SaaS segment where platform breadth and technical depth intersect: cloud security delivered through a mix of customer-deployed components and SaaS services. Vulnerability Management in particular is a high-stakes product area in modern SaaS, because it must translate noisy, rapidly changing signals from cloud and Kubernetes environments into decisions enterprises can act on.
From a SaaS career perspective, the position builds durable product leadership skills around operating at scale, shaping roadmaps that balance security efficacy with usability, and making prioritization frameworks defensible to both technical and executive stakeholders. Work that spans scanning, detection, and exposure management also tends to sharpen product judgment on data quality, false positives, and outcome-oriented metrics, experience that transfers across many enterprise SaaS categories.
The role is best suited to product leaders who enjoy being close to technical architecture while still owning narrative and alignment across functions. It fits professionals who prefer complex domains where customer empathy must be paired with strong systems thinking, and where influencing without direct authority is a consistent part of day-to-day execution.

Description
About Aqua Security
Aqua Security enables enterprises to secure their container‑based and cloud‑native applications from development to production—accelerating adoption of cloud‑native technologies and bridging the gap between DevOps and IT Security.
Our product ecosystem includes multiple components deployed in customers’ cloud environments, complemented by SaaS services, CI/CD plugins, and cloud‑native integrations. Most components run in containers, are written in Go, and rely heavily on open‑source technologies. Our UI is built with Vue.js. We are primarily a Linux‑focused company, with additional support for Windows and macOS.
We operate in a fast‑paced R&D culture that values experimentation, modern technologies, and a blend of experienced and early‑career engineers who are passionate about building world‑class security products.
About the Position
We are building a next‑generation cloud security platform used at scale across our customer environments. As part of this mission, we are expanding our Vulnerability Management (VM) team responsible for securing cloud, Kubernetes, and containerized infrastructure.

You will shape product vision, define strategy, and guide execution for the systems that detect, analyze, prioritize, and reduce risk in modern cloud‑native environments.
You will influence the future of the VM industry by blending technical depth, strong product instincts, and customer empathy to deliver innovative solutions that help enterprises understand and reduce real risk—not just vulnerability noise.
