About the Role
As a Solution Innovation Specialist providing support to Marketing and Product Marketing, you will be the SIC's primary resource for creating the digital and live experiences that Pigment's marketing engine depends on. You will produce Consensus demo videos, Interactive Product Tours (IPTs), event demos, and supporting assets that put Pigment in front of prospects and the market at scale. Working closely with Field Marketing, PMM, and Design, you will ensure that Pigment is represented with clarity, consistency, and impact across every marketing touchpoint. This will leverage the same assets that the Solution Innovation Center manages to support the GTM teams.
This role is based in the Paris or London offices. Frankfurt can also be considered.
What You'll Do
Consensus Demo Videos & Interactive Product Tours

Own the creation and maintenance of Pigment's Demo automation library (in Consensus), covering core use cases across Finance, Sales, Workforce, and Supply Chain.
-
Produce high-quality recorded demo content that field teams and marketing can deploy at scale without additional production work.
-
Build interactive product tours that guide prospects through Pigment's value proposition in a self-serve format.
-
Maintain the video demo library, incorporating new platform features and refreshing content on a regular cadence.
Marketing Event Support
-
Prepare and deliver compelling live demos for marketing events, roundtables, webinars, and mainstage presentations.
-
Develop event-specific demo assets and Pigment environments that showcase relevant use cases for target audiences.
-
Support Product Marketing with launch demos, capability webinars, and analyst response materials (e.g. Gartner).
Creative Asset Development
-
Collaborate with Design, Field Marketing, and PMM to create visually polished presentation materials, positioning decks, and enablement assets.
-
Apply strong video editing skills to produce professional demo content for the Consensus platform and marketing channels.
-
Ensure all assets meet Pigment's visual and brand standards, and are accessible and usable by field teams.
-
Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure the product experience is front and center of the Pigment website.
AI-Powered Innovation

Contribute to operational consistency across demo environments.
SC & Field Enablement
-
Create and deliver enablement sessions for internal SCs and GTM teams on new demo assets and use cases.
