Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Site Lead role stands out in the SaaS ecosystem because it sits at the intersection of enterprise go to market and regional expansion for an AI driven platform serving legal and professional services. With Harvey opening a Dallas office, the position reflects a common scaling moment in SaaS: establishing local presence to deepen customer proximity while leveraging a broader, already functioning revenue organization.
For a SaaS career, the value is in learning how category creating software earns trust in conservative, high stakes buying environments. The remit implies exposure to senior stakeholder selling, partner ecosystems, and field marketing alignment, all core competencies in enterprise SaaS. It also builds fluency in translating product capability, including applied AI, into outcomes that resonate with executive buyers, a transferable skill across vertical SaaS and horizontal platforms.
The role is best suited to a seasoned operator who enjoys being the visible representative of a product in market and is comfortable shaping early playbooks rather than inheriting mature ones. It fits someone motivated by relationship led growth, public facing work, and close collaboration with sales and customer success, while remaining anchored in a specific region and customer community.
