Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Sr. Web Operations Manager role sits at a core SaaS growth lever: the owned web surface where product narrative, demand generation, and digital experience meet. In an enterprise SaaS context like Genesys Cloud, the website is less a marketing artifact and more a continuously managed platform that has to perform across regions, languages, and integrated systems while reflecting an AI-led product story.
For SaaS professionals, the career value is in building operating muscle around measurable web performance rather than one-off launches. The remit touches experimentation and optimization, governance, localization, and cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, and marketing. That combination maps closely to how mature SaaS companies scale acquisition and lifecycle journeys, and it develops transferable skills in prioritization, analytics-informed decisioning, and platform stewardship that apply across B2B SaaS categories.
The role is best suited to a leader who prefers structured ownership and clear accountability across a complex backlog, and who is comfortable translating business goals into operational plans. It will fit someone who enjoys aligning senior stakeholders, setting process, and improving how work moves through a global digital ecosystem, with enough technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering without needing to be the builder.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.
