About the Role:
The Falcon Complete Security Advisor is focused on the overall health and security posture of Falcon Complete Partners. The Falcon Complete Security Advisor will work with a group of Partners and will focus on delivering demonstrable value to assigned Partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high competency in technical, security, and Partner management skills aimed at guiding Partners towards a successful and secure experience with Falcon Complete. The Falcon Complete Security Advisor will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a successful Partner journey and to help address any and all issues that may threaten the Partners security and Falcon Complete’s ability to stop breaches.
What You'll Do:
Responsible for assigned Partners.
Assess Partners Falcon Complete environment and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
Meets with the Partner on established cadence to review opportunities for improvement, and recommendations that align to improved security.
Creates recommendations for components of CrowdStrike products that may lead to improved security posture.
Coordinates technical resources as needed to ensure timely resolution to technical issues.
Contact Partner directly upon identification of misalignment with Falcon Complete standards.
Documents, updates, and resolves all Partner related issues in accordance with established procedures and SLAs.
Partners with internal teams to ensure Partner satisfaction.
Provides guidance and partners with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Establishes a ‘go-to-green’ plan for Partners drifting from a successful and secure experience.
Creates and delivers content to a Partner.
Serves in committees or focus groups designed to improve processes and procedures.
Trains and coaches new Partners of Falcon Complete on standards and best practices.
What You'll Need:
7+ years in Cybersecurity focused role.
5+ years of experience as a security advisor or consultant.
Experience working with large, complex, and high skilled clients and MSP/MSSP’s
Excellent customer-facing communication skills including verbal and written.
Experience delivering presentations to large audiences (i.e. webinars).
Partner with CrowdStrike teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Ability to travel to visit Partners onsite or at events.
Adept in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.
Experience and demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
Knowledge of the following frameworks: ISO 27001/2, NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Critical Security, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix and MITRE Att&ck.
Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
Preferences:
Experience as a leader in Incident Management and CSIRT operation.
Experience with customer Change Management.
Audit, Logging, and Monitoring Controls (SIEM, UEBA, MDR/XDR).
Experience with Crowdstrike and other NGAV solutions
Experience with Service Integration with API’s
Experience SIEM Integration
Experience with Identity Threat Protection

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $125,000 - $180,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
