Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Tabs sits in a growing SaaS category where product value is tightly linked to revenue mechanics, combining billing, collections, revenue recognition, and reporting in an AI native workflow. For the SaaS ecosystem, roles that connect go to market execution to measurable funnel outcomes are increasingly central, particularly at newer, venture backed companies building their operating cadence alongside the product.
This position offers durable SaaS career signal because it anchors core revenue operations disciplines: defining performance metrics, building reporting infrastructure, and translating GTM data into executive decisions. Experience shaping dashboards, pipeline coverage views, and rep productivity baselines tends to transfer well across B2B SaaS, since most scaling motions depend on consistent definitions, clean data, and repeatable planning models rather than one off analysis.
The role is best suited to an operator who prefers structured problem solving and is comfortable creating clarity where processes are still forming. It will fit someone who enjoys partnering across sales, marketing, and leadership, and who wants their work to be judged by the quality of the underlying models and the decisions they enable. A background spanning RevOps, GTM analytics, consulting, or finance aligns naturally with the day to day focus.

About the Role
We are hiring a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This role owns the analytical and planning work that connects our go-to-market strategy to execution across the revenue organization. You will build the models, dashboards, and data infrastructure that enable proactive decision-making across the revenue organization.
What You’ll Do
Conduct structured analysis on key GTM questions — win/loss trends, ICP performance, channel benchmarks, conversion rates, rep productivity — and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure in HubSpot and Omni that track funnel performance, pipeline coverage, and rep productivity — without manual upkeep
Lead account strategy analysis — inventory and tier the account base against ICP, model rep capacity, and produce a recommendation on coverage and account load
Build the rep performance baseline (ramp curves, conversion by rep, ACV variance) that anchors enablement and informs ongoing performance management
Who You Are
You are a sharp analytical operator who thrives at the intersection of data and go-to-market strategy. You love building models and infrastructure from scratch, translate findings into clear recommendations with a point of view, and know how to create structure in environments where the process doesn't exist yet.
Experience
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, Consulting, or Finance with direct B2B SaaS exposure
Experience working with GTM data and performance metrics
Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Omni, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and build models from scratch
Clear, concise communicator — able to translate complex data into insights and present confidently to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
Proven ability to own workstreams independently in fast-moving, scrappy environments where process doesn’t always exist yet
Perks and Benefits (Full-time Employees)
Competitive compensation and equity
Unlimited PTO
Up to 100% employer covered monthly healthcare premium (medical, dental, vision)
Lunch provided via Sharebite, plus dinner for any later in office days.
Parental leave up to 12 weeks
Tax free commuter and parking benefits
Voluntary insurances (Life, Hospital, Critical Illness, Accident)
Employee Assistance Program (Rightway)
Free One Medical Membership
