The AI & Innovation Architect serves as a strategic bridge between AI product capabilities, internal teams, and the LATAM sales ecosystem enabling GTC teams to effectively position, sell, and deliver AI solutions at scale. This role is critical to transforming sales teams into a high-performing AI revenue engine by equipping them with the expertise, assets, and frameworks required to drive consistent AI sales outcomes.
In addition, the AI & Innovation Architect will directly contribute to GACV growth by engaging with strategic partners and internal teams in key opportunities, providing differentiated AI expertise, and accelerating pipeline conversion through AI-led motions.
This role requires a combination of deep AI technical acumen, strong business and sales orientation, and the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into scalable, business-friendly value propositions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive AI Sales Growth:
Collaborate with strategic partners and AEs to identify, shape, and close AI opportunities, increasing pipeline generation, deal velocity, and win rates across LATAM. - Enable and Upskill Internal Teams and Key Partners:
Design and deliver structured AI programs to elevate internal teams and partners’ capabilities in positioning, selling, and implementing AI solutions including Agentic Virtual Agents, Copilots, and predictive AI. - Scale AI Go-to-Market:
Develop repeatable sales plays, solution patterns, and industry-specific use cases that partners and AEs can independently execute and scale. - Support Strategic Pre-Sales Engagements:
Support high-impact opportunities by leading technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, workshops, and value articulation. - Design and Prototype AI Solutions:
Build and showcase innovative AI use cases, accelerators, and reference architectures tailored to LATAM market needs, enabling faster adoption and replication. - Establish Best Practice Frameworks:
Create and maintain a structured knowledge-sharing model across partners and internal teams, including playbooks, demos, success stories, and reusable assets. - Act as Ecosystem Orchestrator:
Ensure alignment and coordination between partners, sales, product, and delivery teams avoiding fragmentation and maximizing impact across the region. - Influence Strategic Stakeholders:
Support in engaging CIO/CTO-level stakeholders, positioning AI solutions as core to digital transformation and business growth strategies. - Provide Market & Customer Feedback:
Deliver insights to Product Management based on partner and customer interactions in LATAM, influencing roadmap priorities and localization needs.
Requirements
- Strong Partner & Ecosystem Mindset:
Proven experience working with partners (GSIs, resellers, or VARs), with a track record of driving GACV through indirect channels. - AI Technical Expertise:
Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including ML, NLP/NLU, LLMs/LAMs, and prompt engineering, with the ability to translate into business value. - Pre-Sales & Co-Selling Experience:
Demonstrated success supporting sales teams and partners in complex deals through technical solutioning and value-based selling. - Enablement & Scaling Capability:
Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, and scalable empowerment programs for technical and non-technical audiences. - Solution Architecture & Integration Knowledge:
Ability to design AI solutions integrated within broader enterprise ecosystems and cloud platforms. - Communication & Influence:
Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence both technical and executive stakeholders (including CIO/CTO level). - Innovation & Adaptability:
High intellectual curiosity and ability to stay ahead of AI trends (Big Tech, startups, open source), translating them into actionable partner opportunities. - Regional Expertise:
Understanding of LATAM market dynamics, partner landscape, and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
