Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Selling cybersecurity SaaS at CrowdStrike sits at the intersection of a mature subscription platform and a market where risk is board level. A Named Account Executive remit signals work with a defined set of strategic customers, where renewals, expansion, and stakeholder alignment matter as much as initial wins. In SaaS terms, this is a role shaped by multi product value articulation, measurable outcomes, and long buying committees rather than transactional volume.
For a career in SaaS, the long term value comes from building repeatable enterprise sales mechanics that transfer across categories. Ownership of the full cycle, disciplined forecasting, and tight collaboration with sales engineering, channels, and marketing are core operating rhythms in scaled SaaS organisations. Experience translating technical product capability into commercial narratives is also durable, especially as AI driven platforms increase solution complexity.
This role tends to suit sellers who prefer structured account planning and relationship depth over broad territory prospecting. It fits professionals who are comfortable navigating C level conversations, coordinating internal specialists, and maintaining pipeline hygiene in tools like Salesforce. Remote delivery is a practical match for those who can run rigorous deal processes through virtual meetings while staying close to cross functional partners.
