Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This UX/UI Product Designer role stands out in SaaS because it sits at the intersection of product strategy and day to day usability in a B2B cybersecurity and identity context. Semperis is hiring into a global product organisation, which typically means design decisions need to hold up across multiple teams, releases, and customer environments rather than isolated feature work.
From a SaaS career perspective, the remit signals experience that compounds over time: owning design across the full lifecycle, partnering closely with product management, and staying engaged through engineering implementation. Work on a design system and reusable components is especially portable across SaaS companies, as it builds capability in consistency, scalability, and governance in Figma. Responsibility for in app guidance also adds a practical lens on adoption and onboarding, areas that strongly influence retention in subscription products.
This is best suited to a designer who prefers end to end ownership, can balance craft with product constraints, and is comfortable collaborating across disciplines. It also fits someone who enjoys structured systems work alongside feature delivery, and who wants their design decisions to be measured by real product usage rather than presentation polish alone.
