Sales Operations Intern

This role is fully based in our São Paulo office, with in-person presence required Monday to Friday.
Role Overview:
Start your career by directly contributing to the efficiency and organization of the Brazil Sales team, supporting critical operations that impact customer experience and commercial performance. In this internship role, you will work in a structured and collaborative environment while developing foundational skills in administrative support, coordination, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Support calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and logistics for the Brazil Sales team.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and basic reporting activities.
Help prepare presentations, agendas, and internal documentation.
Maintain organized records, files, and administrative systems.
Support daily office operations, including supplies management, mail distribution, and workspace organization.
Assist with onboarding activities such as workspace setup and new hire support.
Facilitate communication with internal teams and follow up on routine administrative requests.
Support coordination of internal and external meetings and events.
Provide administrative support to executive support functions as needed.
Contribute to team engagement initiatives and office activities.
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Intermediate English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.
Professional attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
