Part-time | Spanish & Italian Required
We are looking for a freelance Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads (AdWords) and paid media management to support our international digital marketing activities.
Role Overview
This is a part-time freelance position (approximately 4 hours per day), focused on managing and optimizing performance-driven campaigns across multiple platforms, while collaborating on broader digital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.)
- Oversee and support Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns
- Monitor performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement
- Support the execution of digital marketing projects (landing pages, tracking, lead generation initiatives)
- Collaborate with internal teams across different countries (Spain, Italy, etc.)
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to improve campaign performance
Qualifications
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a performance-focused approach
- Solid understanding of Facebook/Meta Ads Manager
- Experience working on lead generation campaigns
- Fluency in Spanish and Italian (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Experience working in Agile environments, using tools such as Trello or similar project management platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a freelance setup
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking
- Knowledge of CRM integrations or lead tracking systems
- Experience in real estate or recruitment campaigns is a plus
