Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Enterprise SaaS revenue teams still run on disciplined pipeline creation, and this Senior Sales Development Representative role sits at that engine room. Veeam operates in the data resilience and security space, where buying cycles involve multiple stakeholders and where clear problem framing matters as much as volume. The remit spans commercial and enterprise prospecting, which makes the work relevant to SaaS companies selling mission critical software rather than transactional tools.
For a career in SaaS, the value is in learning how modern go to market systems are run and measured. The role emphasizes qualification, persona based conversations, and consistent CRM hygiene in Salesforce, all of which translate across SaaS segments. It also builds fluency in turning market signals and competitive context into sharper outreach and better discovery, a foundation that supports progression into closing roles, channel focused paths, or sales operations aligned work.
This position suits someone who likes structured goals, repeatable processes, and high touch communication across phone, messaging, and email. It will fit professionals who want a role where performance is visible through KPIs and where collaboration with sales and channel teams is part of daily execution. It is also a sensible step for candidates aiming to deepen enterprise SaaS selling fundamentals in an established vendor environment.
