Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Director, Revenue Architect role sits at a mature B2B SaaS company where “revenue architecture” is treated as a distinct, scalable function rather than an ad hoc layer between sales and customer success. The remit spans Commercial and Mid-Market segments, pointing to a SaaS environment where repeatable go to market motions, adoption outcomes, and forecasting discipline matter as much as individual account wins.
For a SaaS career, the role offers leverage across the full revenue engine: shaping operating models, defining engagement frameworks, and translating product value into measurable customer outcomes. Leading leaders while partnering with Product, Marketing, Operations, and the broader Customer Office builds transferable experience in how SaaS organizations operationalize retention, expansion, and value realization at scale, especially when methodologies must be standardized across segments.
This position is best suited to a senior operator who prefers systems thinking over heroics and is comfortable being accountable for team performance through metrics. It fits someone who enjoys developing managers, serving as an executive sponsor with customer stakeholders, and navigating cross functional tradeoffs without owning every execution detail personally.
