Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Senior Product Manager I role sits at a distinctly SaaS intersection of retail media, workflow automation, and AI driven decisioning. With RMM positioned as an automation platform used by large CPG advertisers across multiple retail networks, the product surface spans integrations, optimization loops, and analytics, which are common pressure points for SaaS platforms that must perform reliably inside customers’ revenue generating operations.
From a SaaS career standpoint, the work emphasizes outcomes that matter in subscription businesses, namely adoption, retention, and measurable value delivered through product capabilities rather than services. Owning a roadmap tied to OKRs, defining success metrics, and using SQL informed analysis mirrors how mature SaaS teams manage product as a business function. Experience shaping agentic automation and scaling it across external APIs is also broadly transferable to other platform products where reliability, governance, and iteration speed determine customer trust.
This role is best suited to a product manager who prefers high ownership and is comfortable translating ambiguous goals into measurable product bets. It will fit someone who enjoys data heavy decision making, collaborating closely with engineering, and thinking of AI as foundational architecture rather than a feature layer.

Job Description
The Role
You will own the product roadmap for RMM — CommerceIQ's AI-powered retail media automation platform. This means defining where the product goes, not just what gets built next. You will shape how AI and agentic systems replace manual workflows for campaign managers at the world's largest CPG brands, and how that automation scales across an expanding set of retail platforms.
You operate with limited guidance, set your own success metrics, and are accountable for business-level outcomes. The right candidate sees AI not as a feature to add but as the core architecture to build around.
What You Will Own
- RMM product roadmap — vision, prioritization, and OKRs tied to platform adoption and retention
- AI-driven campaign automation — goal-based bidding, budget pacing, placement optimization, and agentic decision loops across major retailers
- Automation tooling for internal RMM operations — identifying where AI agents can replace manual workflows
- Retailer integrations — scoping and delivering new retail API integrations with engineering and GTM
- Reporting and analytics surfaces for self-serve and managed customers
What We Are Looking For
Must have
- 6+ years total, 4+ years in PM for SaaS or software platforms
- Full product roadmap ownership with business-level accountability
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills — you define problems with data, not opinions
- Experience shipping PRDs and specs that engineering executes without extensive follow-up
- Comfort with AI/ML products — you understand how models work well enough to write good requirements for them
- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments without waiting for a defined playbook
Strong plus
- Retail media or eCommerce advertising experience (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Instacart, Criteo)
- Prior work on agentic systems, workflow automation, or autonomous optimization products
- Background selling to or working with enterprise CPG brands
