Job Description
TheNinjaOneEnterprise Account Partner roleis responsible formanaging and expanding relationships with the company’s largest and most strategic enterprise customers. Acting as a trusted advisor to executive and operational stakeholders, this role drives long-term customer value, retention, adoption, and growth across complex enterprise environments.
The Enterprise Account Partner owns a portfolio of high-value accounts and partners closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Leadership teams to deliver a world-class customer experience. This individual combines executive presence, strategic account management, and operationalexpertiseto align customer outcomes with businessobjectiveswhileidentifyingopportunities for expansion across theNinjaOneplatform.
Location- Remote in GA or FL
Drive customer retention, adoption, and long-term success through proactive account management, strategic planning, and executive engagement
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Leadership teams to deliver a seamless enterprise customer experience
Monitor account health, mitigate risk, resolve escalations, and advocate internally for enterprise customer needs
Experience within IT Operations, Endpoint Management, RMM, Security, or adjacent enterprise technology environments preferred
