Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Veeam’s VCSP Senior Territory Manager role sits at a core junction in the SaaS ecosystem: the partner and service provider channel that turns software platforms into managed, recurring services. Rather than selling only to end customers, the remit centers on cloud, hosting, and managed service providers, which is where many SaaS and cloud vendors build durable distribution and consumption-led growth.
For a SaaS career, this kind of position develops strong “platform GTM” instincts: how to recruit and enable partners, shape joint business plans, and translate product capabilities into sellable service offerings. The work naturally builds fluency in recurring revenue mechanics, partner lifecycle management, and cross-functional execution with systems engineering, marketing, and leadership, all transferable across SaaS companies with indirect or ecosystem-led routes to market.
This role tends to suit professionals who prefer consultative, relationship-led selling and can manage a territory with a mix of prospecting, expansion, and operational rigor in CRM. It is a good match for candidates motivated by multi-stakeholder influence, executive-level conversations, and the practicalities of helping partners package and operationalize cloud services around a software platform.

Senior Territory Manager, Veeam Cloud & Service Provider (VCSP)
About the Role
Veeam is seeking a high-performing Senior Territory Manager to accelerate the growth of our Veeam Cloud & Service Provider (VCSP) business across the assigned territory. In this quota-carrying role, you'll develop and expand strategic partnerships with Cloud, Hosting, Managed Service, and Service Provider organizations, helping them build differentiated data resilience, backup, disaster recovery, and cloud services powered by Veeam.
Reporting to the regional VCSP leadership team, you'll own the partner lifecycle—from identifying and recruiting new providers to expanding existing strategic relationships, driving solution adoption, and accelerating recurring revenue growth. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Systems Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Executive Leadership to execute partner go-to-market strategies, enable cloud service offerings, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a consultative sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term strategic partnerships within the cloud ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Own and achieve a revenue-based sales quota by driving new business acquisition, partner expansion, and recurring revenue growth across the assigned VCSP territory.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new Cloud, Hosting, Managed Service, and Service Provider partners into the Veeam Cloud & Service Provider Program.
- Grow strategic partner relationships by identifying new business opportunities, expanding Veeam solution adoption, and increasing cloud service consumption.
- Build and execute comprehensive partner business plans covering sales, marketing, enablement, go-to-market initiatives, financial objectives, and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineers and regional sales teams to qualify opportunities, deliver technical presentations, and successfully close complex sales engagements.
- Engage executive stakeholders to develop trusted advisor relationships and position Veeam as the strategic platform for data resilience and cloud services.
- Drive partner enablement by helping providers build differentiated Veeam-powered service offerings that deliver business value to their customers.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and account activity within Salesforce CRM.
- Represent Veeam at partner meetings, executive briefings, regional events, and industry conferences, serving as a trusted advisor and VCSP subject matter expert.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to accelerate partner success and revenue growth.
What You'll Bring
- 5–10+ years of successful enterprise, channel, or partner sales experience within Cloud, Hosting, Managed Services, or Service Provider organizations.
- Proven experience developing and managing strategic partner relationships while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, managed services, backup, disaster recovery, and data resilience solutions.
- Experience selling complex software or infrastructure solutions through indirect and partner-led sales models.
- Demonstrated ability to engage executive stakeholders and lead complex commercial negotiations.
- Established relationships within leading Cloud, Hosting, or Managed Service Provider organizations are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of VMware, Microsoft, Kubernetes, or modern cloud platforms is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory as required.
What You'll Get
- Onboarding kit
- Prepaid cellphone line
- Fixed internet allowance
- Car allowance
- Health insurance for employee and immediate family group
- Life insurance
- Gym reimbursement
- Fully virtual work model
