You will be responsible for the following:
- Defining Product Vision and Strategy: The Product Manager conducts market research, analyzes user needs, and identifies market opportunities to define the product vision and strategy. They articulate the product's purpose, target audience, and unique value proposition.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision and roadmap, aligning with overall business goals and market trends. Conduct competitive analysis, identify user needs, and prioritize product features and initiatives.
- Product Development & Execution: Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) through the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization. Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient product delivery.
- Data Analysis & User Insights: Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing user behavior, performance metrics, and market trends. Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to optimize product features and user experience.
- Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders across the organization. Foster strong relationships with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless collaboration and product success.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track key product metrics and KPIs, regularly report on performance to leadership, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Proactively research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in the fintech space, identifying opportunities to innovate and differentiate our products.
We are looking for the following:
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry. Understanding and experience of payment systems (schemes, NRPS, etc.) a plus
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling high-impact products.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and strong ability to translate user needs into actionable product features.
Expertise in product lifecycle management, including agile methodologies, user research, data analysis, and A/B testing.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the evolving fintech landscape.
Executive presence and the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working with blockchain, AI/ML, or other emerging technologies in fintech.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in the financial services industry.
Experience working in a startup environment with a fast-paced and agile culture.
