Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Director role stands out because it sits at the operational core of a modern SaaS business: the Salesforce platform that connects sales, service, and customer-facing experiences. In SaaS, revenue and retention workflows increasingly live inside configurable platforms rather than bespoke code, and this position owns the architecture and governance that keep those systems reliable as the company operates across regions and functions.
For a long-term SaaS career, the work builds durable leverage in how subscription businesses scale. Leading roadmap, release governance, security posture, and data integrity across Sales and Service Clouds develops a systems view of the full customer lifecycle, from pipeline to support. The emphasis on automation and emerging Salesforce AI capabilities also creates repeatable experience in operationalizing new platform features without breaking compliance or integration patterns.
This role is best suited to a seasoned Salesforce leader who prefers clear standards, measurable outcomes, and cross-functional decision-making. It will appeal to someone comfortable balancing hands-on technical judgment with people leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder alignment across commercial, support, finance, and operations teams.
