Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Partner ecosystems are a core growth lever in B2B SaaS, and this Partner Operations Specialist role sits at the intersection of process, systems, and external channel performance. The scope spans onboarding, partner program administration, and data hygiene across Salesforce, PartnerStack, and a work management platform, which reflects how modern SaaS partnerships are increasingly run as an operational discipline rather than a purely relationship-led function. The explicit emphasis on AI tooling also signals a shift toward automation-first partner operations.
From a SaaS career standpoint, the role builds durable operator skills that translate across Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, and Partnerships. Managing end-to-end onboarding and commission workflows develops a strong understanding of how partner-sourced pipeline is created, validated, and reported. The work also reinforces SaaS fundamentals around systems integrity, scalable documentation, and cross-functional handoffs with Legal, Billing, and Sales, all common friction points in subscription businesses.
This position suits someone who enjoys structured execution and improving the mechanics behind go-to-market programs. It will appeal to professionals who like working across multiple systems, spotting bottlenecks, and turning repetitive tasks into repeatable workflows, while staying close to partner-facing outcomes without being a quota-carrying role.

Job Description
About the Role
Wrike is looking for a Partner Operations Specialist to join our Partnerships team. In this mid-level role, you will be the operational engine powering our partner ecosystem. You will own the day-to-day execution of partner onboarding, communications, and system maintenance, while actively identifying opportunities to scale our operations.
This is not just a traditional operations role—you will act as a change agent, leveraging modern AI tooling (like Gemini and ChatGPT) and Collaborative Work Management (CWM) platforms to automate manual tasks, build process efficiencies, and optimize our partner vendor management.
Your Impact
- Operational Execution: Own the end-to-end partner onboarding lifecycle, managing data collection (legal, billing, tax IDs), SFDC record creation, and Wrike onboarding workflows.
- Process Efficiency & AI Innovation: Actively identify automation potential across our operations; design and deploy AI agents/workflows to streamline tracking, data validation, and reporting.
- Partner Vendor Management: Review and process partner applications in PartnerStack, maintain lead forms, manage manual commissions, and validate partner-submitted lead registrations.
- Change Management: Drive internal process efficiency by developing clear internal documentation, creating process guides, and helping teams adapt to optimized operational workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams—including Legal, Billing, Sales, Partner Managers, and CSMs—to unblock onboarding bottlenecks and clarify system requirements.
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain CRM data health across Salesforce, PartnerStack, and Wrike, building out cohesive reports to provide a clear picture of partner performance.
Your Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Partner Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Sales Operations, ideally within the B2B SaaS industry.
- AI & Automation Savvy: Hands-on experience building custom AI agents or workflows using LLMs such as Gemini or ChatGPT to automate operational tasks.
- Systems Expertise: Proficient with Salesforce (SFDC) and partner management platforms (experience with PartnerStack is a major plus).
- CWM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Collaborative Work Management (CWM) tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Monday.com) to manage projects and track tasks.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with disparate data sources to maintain data integrity and generate actionable operational reports.
Standout Qualities
- Change Agent Mindset: You don't just follow a process; you look for ways to make it 10x faster and smoother through change management and technology.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong internal relationships and alignment across cross-functional departments.
- Detail-Oriented Optimizer: You spot data gaps and process bottlenecks quickly and enjoy creating the documentation or automation needed to fix them.
Team Dynamics
You will join a fast-paced, highly collaborative Partnerships team. We believe in autonomy, continuous learning, and pushing the boundaries of how AI can make work more human. You will work closely with Legal, Finance, and Sales teams, serving as the central operational hub that connects our internal teams to our external partner network.
