Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Sales Development Representative role sits at a familiar pressure point in B2B SaaS: converting marketing intent into qualified pipeline while also creating demand where none exists yet. The dual-funnel remit reflects how many SaaS go-to-market teams operate when inbound volume is meaningful but predictable growth still depends on disciplined outbound. The AMS shift from Prague also signals a globally distributed coverage model that is common in SaaS sales orgs serving multiple regions.
For a SaaS career, the strongest value is the breadth across the top of funnel. Balancing speed-to-lead with account research, stakeholder mapping, and multi-threading builds a practical understanding of how buying decisions form in software, especially in more complex organizations. Regular iteration on messaging with marketing and AEs, plus daily use of mainstream sales tooling like Salesforce and Salesloft, creates transferable operating habits for future SDR leadership, account executive tracks, or revenue operations-adjacent paths.
This listing will suit someone who prefers structured cadences, measurable outcomes, and high ownership over daily activity. It is a fit for early-career sellers who want to sharpen outbound craft without losing exposure to inbound qualification, and for candidates interested in SaaS environments where process, tooling, and cross-functional alignment are part of the work.
