Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Global events roles are increasingly strategic in B2B SaaS, where in person touchpoints often sit alongside digital channels to influence enterprise buying committees. This position stands out for its explicit connection between tradeshows and measurable commercial outcomes, with ownership of a global portfolio rather than one off activations. The remit suggests a mature go to market motion, with repeatable flagship events used to support demand generation across regions.
For a SaaS career, the strongest signal is the emphasis on pipeline attribution and ROI forecasting. Experience tying event decisions to revenue outcomes translates well across SaaS marketing functions, particularly in lifecycle, demand generation, and field marketing. Managing budgets, lead capture processes, and post event follow up also builds operational discipline that is valued in subscription businesses where reporting consistency and iterative improvement matter.
This role fits professionals who like combining strategy with hands on delivery and who are comfortable coordinating across Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Operations. It will suit someone who prefers clear targets and performance measurement, and who enjoys vendor management and stakeholder alignment. Regular travel and cross region collaboration point to a working style that is organised, proactive, and detail attentive.
