Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Executive Assistant role stands out in SaaS because it supports leaders spanning People and Marketing, two functions that strongly shape how subscription businesses hire, position, and retain customers over time. At a product analytics company, the operating cadence tends to be anchored in measurable outcomes and cross-functional planning, making executive support less about routine scheduling and more about enabling decisions across interconnected teams. The onsite expectation in San Francisco also signals proximity to core stakeholders and real-time coordination in a headquarters environment.
For a long-term SaaS career, the seat offers a practical education in how executive priorities translate into operating rhythms such as QBRs, All Hands, and leadership reviews. Exposure to confidential topics across HR and go-to-market work builds judgment and context that can transfer to broader operations roles inside SaaS, including chief of staff, business operations, or program management. The emphasis on process improvement and leveraging automation aligns with how modern SaaS organizations scale internal workflows.
This position fits an experienced EA who prefers high-trust partnership, anticipatory planning, and tight follow-through across many stakeholders. It will suit someone who enjoys being close to strategic conversations while staying grounded in detail, discretion, and repeatable systems rather than ad hoc heroics.

- Handle highly confidential information with exceptional judgment while serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner to both executives.

- You thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments and enjoy balancing multiple priorities with confidence and composure.
- You're proactive, resourceful, and naturally anticipate what your leaders need before they ask.
- You build trust quickly and communicate effectively with executives, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders alike.
- You have exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and take pride in delivering a polished, high-quality experience.
- You embrace new technologies, including AI-powered productivity tools, and are always looking for smarter ways to work.
At a minimum, you need to have:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, with experience supporting VP or C-level leaders preferred.
- Experience managing complex domestic and international travel, executive calendars, meeting logistics, expense reporting, and executive communications.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets) and experience creating executive-ready presentations and documents.
