Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Designer role stands out in the SaaS landscape because it sits at the intersection of brand and go to market execution, where design directly shapes how a product is understood, evaluated, and trusted. With an AI driven contract intelligence platform, the work naturally spans complex messaging and high consideration buying journeys, making design a meaningful lever rather than a finishing layer.
For a SaaS career, the scope described offers durable experience across the surfaces that matter in subscription businesses: web experiences, campaign assets, sales enablement, and lifecycle touchpoints. That mix builds fluency in how SaaS teams translate product value into consistent narratives, and how design systems support repeatable marketing output as channels and audiences evolve. The emphasis on taking concepts and research and turning them into clear visual executions is particularly transferable across B2B SaaS categories.
This role fits a designer who prefers owning work end to end and collaborating closely with brand, content, and external partners. It will suit someone who enjoys craft, iteration, and feedback cycles, and who is motivated by making sophisticated audiences understand new technology through precise, coherent design choices.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.
Job Description
Why join Ivo?
Every civilization runs on the same infrastructure: agreements between people who don't fully trust each other. Sumerians pressed them into clay. Romans carved them into stone. We bury them in 80-page PDFs.
The way those agreements are reviewed hasn't changed in four thousand years - a human reads the whole thing and tries not to miss anything. We're building the AI that finally changes that. Ivo is the contract intelligence platform of choice for companies like Uber, Meta, Canva, IBM, and Shopify. We recently raised our Series B and have grown 800% over the last 12 months.
The role
We are looking for a Marketing Designer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll extend the visual language of our brand across every experience, whether that’s our website, social media, real-life activations, or key moments throughout the buying cycle. You will create beautiful, useful designs at the highest level of execution.
Ivo has a distinctive brand and point of view, and we're looking for someone who wants to push it further. Our audience is sophisticated, thoughtful, and allergic to noise, which means the bar for great design is high, and the work is genuinely interesting.
Legal tech is an exciting field, and the capabilities of AI solutions are growing fast. We’re looking for someone willing to collaborate with others, take creative risks, and use visual design to educate and inspire the market about our story and our technology.
What you'll do
Plan and execute across multiple types of marketing assets: digital ads, social graphics, event booth materials, one-pagers, decks, landing pages, and more
Design web pages and digital experiences
Translate campaign concepts and original research into compelling visual executions
Maintain and evolve Ivo's visual identity —ensuring consistency across every touchpoint
Collaborate with the Brand and Content team on video assets
Support event production, including out-of-home and in-venue materials
Partner with external creative agencies and production vendors to brief, review, and ship work
What we're looking for
3–6 years of experience in marketing or brand design, ideally in a B2B SaaS context
A portfolio that demonstrates visual flair, creative risk-taking, and a high level of execution
Web design experience, particularly in Webflow
Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
Comfort working in a fast-moving, small-team environment where you'll own your work end-to-end
Strong visual instincts and an editor's eye. You notice when something's off, and you fix it
Ability to accept and synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders
Bonus: experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere, or similar)
