Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Project Manager role sits in the services and implementation layer of a data platform SaaS business, where delivery quality directly influences adoption and long-term account outcomes. In the Snowflake ecosystem, that typically means coordinating technical stakeholders, translating platform capabilities into a workable plan, and maintaining reliable visibility as customers move from initial deployment to steady-state usage.
For a SaaS career, the work builds durable operating skills that transfer across implementation, customer success operations, and delivery leadership. Managing governance, reporting, and service reviews in a subscription environment develops an instinct for reducing surprises, controlling scope, and tying execution to measurable customer results. Exposure to common SaaS tooling and concepts such as JIRA, documentation discipline, and basic SQL also provides a practical foundation for partnering effectively with solution architects and product-facing teams.
The role is best suited to professionals who prefer structured execution, clear documentation, and frequent stakeholder communication, including in Spanish. It fits someone who wants to be close to technical delivery without being positioned as the primary engineer, and who values repeatable processes, metrics-driven follow-through, and steady improvement across multiple mid-sized projects.
