Just as Stripe enables businesses to embed a payment button into any product, Gigs enables businesses to add a connect button and issue SIMs with a single click or API call. From fintechs launching mobile services to HRIS platforms offering work phone plans, we automate phone plan provisioning.
We're solving complex technical, operational and regulatory challenges to make connectivity truly effortless. We've grown to a team of around 90 people across the US and Europe, bringing together an experienced team of early-stage engineers, product builders and business athletes from companies like Stripe, Airbnb and Shopify. The Role
As a Team Assistant - People & Culture, you'll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. Hub Management at Gigs sits within the People team and collaborates closely with every department to ensure an efficient, welcoming, and well-organized workplace.
What You Will Do
- Ensure our hubs runs smoothly by managing snacks, supplies, and general upkeep.
- Support travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Help organize workshops, team on-sites , and internal events to foster team collaboration.
- Assist with community initiatives to create an engaging and welcoming workspace. For example, support during the onboarding by handing out welcome kits and organize lunches for new joiners.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team’s daily operations.
What We Are Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a university program and available for 16 to 20 hours per week.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving operational challenges.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate logistics effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Based in Berlin or London.
