Description We’re currently looking for a Temporary Full Time Nanny in Bothell, WA 98012 A lovely family near Canyon Creek is seeking a temporary full-time nanny for their two children, ages 4 and 6 years old, starting Monday, May 12th. Care is needed Monday-Friday, from 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm (candidate’s choice), through June 2025, with the possibility of extending until August. Care is primarily needed for the 4-year-old as the 6-year-old attends school during the day. The 6-year-old will be home for the last 1-1.5 hours of the day. The 4-year-old loves crafting, music, and reading. The 6-year-old is sweet, thoughtful, and enjoys monster trucks and Minecraft. The 6-year-old has autism and works closely with an occupational therapist to address their sensitivities. The family has a small, friendly dog, though no pet care is required. Mom and dad work from home and are looking for a flexible, reliable, and trustworthy nanny. Bathroom reminders for 4 year old as needed Engaging with the children in various activities; crafts, reading, etc. Meal + snack prep for children Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of paid professional childcare experience with pre-K ages (3-5 year olds) Up-to-date on CPR certification or willing to renew prior to start Legally authorized to work in the U.S. High School diploma or equivalent Able to provide 2 childcare related references Willing and able to pass background + social media screenings Compensation: This position pays $30-$35 per hour, and the family is looking for 40 hours of care per week through June 2025 (potential to extend until August).
