Key Responsibilities:
● Provide guidance to prospective students regarding courses, eligibility, admission process, fees, and scholarships.
● Educate students on program features, curriculum, and career prospects.
● Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and messages, and assist in converting leads into enrollments.
● Build and maintain relationships with students and parents, ensuring smooth communication.
● Follow up on applications and enrollment confirmations in coordination with the admissions team.
● Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Any Bachelor’s degree with 0-1 years of experience.
● Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
● Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion skills.
● Enthusiasm for sales, business development & student counseling
● Flexible for 6days working from the office with rotational weekly off.
● Basic understanding of education systems and career pathways (training provided).
