About the Role:
Were on the lookout for a
go-getter Business Development Executive to join our dynamic field sales team at
Apna. If youre someone who thrives on meeting people, hunting new business, and closing deals, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Visit 10-15 clients daily to pitch Apnas hiring solutions
- Share market insights & leads with your reporting manager
- Handle objections around pricing, competition, and product fit
- Understand SMB client requirements and sell recruitment solutions
- Onboard new clients and help them post their first job
- Build organic leads through references and client satisfaction
- Act as a brand ambassador for Apna in your region
- Work toward weekly/monthly revenue targets
- Enhance brand visibility by distributing collaterals & generating market buzz
What Were Looking For:
- 1+ years in B2B sales, preferably in HRTech, BFSI, or Insurance cold sales
- A true hustler with street-smart selling and negotiation skills
- A people-person and strong team player
- Self-driven with the ability to generate and close leads independently
- Must have a Bike & Valid Driving License (traveling is a key part of this role)
