Description We’re currently looking for a Full Time Nanny in Pacific Beach, CA (92109). A loving family in Pacific Beach is seeking an experienced full-time nanny for their 15 month old son. Care will be needed Monday through Friday, 9am to 3:30pm, with occasional weekend availability preferred. Dad (and occasionally Mom) will be working from home while the nanny is present, but you will play the crucial role of providing quality care and supervision in a safe and nurturing environment.
The ideal candidate will be calm, caring, and detail-oriented in their caregiving style, able to follow instructions, and reliable.
As the child does not have screen time, the family is looking for someone who is creative and enjoys teaching through engaging, playful activities.

$30.75/hr Monday - Friday $25/hr for additional Saturday 1 child: 15 mos Responsibilities All aspects of toddler safety, care, and well-being for 1 child Engaging and developmentally appropriate activities to support milestones Meal prep for child (bottles of breastmilk plus introduction of solids) Maintain child's schedule as set by parents Communicate effectively with parent regarding child's daily activities, progress, and concerns that may arise
Maintain a clean and organized environment for child - help with light housework during naptime or when parents are spending time with the child, such as child's dishes, bottles, laundry, organizing toys, and sweeping. Requirements 4 years of paid, professional experience Infant and toddler experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Authorized to work in the United States Driver’s license + reliable transportation (commute to 92109) Clean driving record First Aid & CPR certified or willing to become certified
Background check & drug test required Fully vaccinated Reliable transportation to/from family's home Compensation + Benefits This position pays $30.75 per hour, and the family is looking for 32.5 hours of care per week.
