Your Mission
We are seeking a Paid Media Manager to join the demand generation team based in Denver. You will work directly with regional marketers based in AMER, EMEA, and APAC, as well as a full demand generation team and brand + product teams.

You are someone who enjoys developing, implementing, and managing paid digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and generate high-quality leads. You have collaborated with cross-functional teams and external partners to create and execute innovative digital campaigns that optimize digital marketing efforts, including paid search, paid social, website, and other demand generation channels. You have managed an SEO agency.
We are seeking someone to utilize the above skills to develop and execute comprehensive SEM and paid advertising campaigns (Social media, Capterra, Software Advice, etc) to drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and achieve revenue objectives (direct SQL targets and attributed revenue) while maintaining program efficiency.
What you’ll do:
- Own and optimize Propeller’s digital marketing channels including website, PPC, paid social media, and display advertising.
- Develop, manage, and execute paid campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) including campaign setup, audience targeting, ad creation, budget management, and performance optimization.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaign performance and develop management-facing reports with insights and thoughtful direction on how to improve within the program campaigns and to revenue/deal information in Hubspot
- Implement regular content updates, page developments, and optimizations to increase quality scores and better support your campaign objectives
- Create new A/B tests, then analyze and share results to identify trends and opportunities
- Stay informed about relevant legal and regulatory requirements such as data privacy and advertising standards, and ensure compliance in all digital marketing activities.
Some KPIs you’ll be responsible for:
- Paid Media: revenue, ROAS, campaign deal attribution, traffic, net new contacts, MQLs, SQLs, campaign efficiency (CPC, CPA)
This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days in the office per week, on average, in Denver, Colorado. There are no travel requirements for this position.
Your Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on digital advertising experience
- 4+ years of experience in marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of delivering successful and scalable paid social campaigns.
- Demonstrated expertise in core digital channels, including paid search, paid social, and display platforms.
- A strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution with a proactive attitude to tackle diverse responsibilities.
- Preferred: Hubspot experience in connecting paid media to actualized revenue
- Preferred: SEO experience

The salary range offered for this role is $85,000-$95,000. This range is tied to the market for this job in Colorado. Any salary offer extended will be based on skills, knowledge and experience.
