We are looking to connect with senior sales leaders who are passionate about driving growth and building strategic relationships in the tech space. As a Commercial Account Director, you will lead high-impact initiatives, manage direct sales, and work closely with executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategies across Mexico. Genesys is seeking experienced and results-driven sales professionals to join the Commercial team in Mexico. The Commercial Account Executive is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing direct sales cycles, and building strong relationships with customers to drive revenue across the Genesys suite of solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, engage with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in expanding the company’s commercial presence in the region.
·What You will Do in Future Roles
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive revenue across the Genesys suite of CX solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise customers, with a focus on building long-term strategic relationships.
- Generate and maintain pipeline, drive new business, and meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (presales, marketing, solution consulting, customer success, legal) to shape and close deals.
- Lead customer conversations across all levels — from technical stakeholders to C-level decision makers.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting in partnership with sales leadership.
- Act as a Genesys ambassador in the region, maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and peers.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or Account Director
- Proven success in technology sales, ideally in SaaS or Customer Experience (CX/CXaaS) solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and ability to lead strategic accounts
- Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies is a plus.
- Proven experience generating demand in greenfield accounts and qualifying opportunities with discipline and structure.
- Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to building pipeline and driving engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- Based in Mexico (preferably Mexico City) or open to relocation.
