We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager that will report to the Chief Technology & Product Officer. In this role you’ll onboard healthcare systems and other care delivery customers that will be leveraging Swift to reduce administrative burden for managers, increase schedule flexibility for front-line teams, and eliminate inefficient scheduling workflows.

What You’ll Do
- Own the Customer Journey: Lead onboarding and implementation for health systems using Swift, starting with the Wellstar account.
- Be the Go-To Contact: Act as the primary day-to-day liaison for customer teams, ensuring a responsive, reliable, and consistent experience.
- Drive Adoption: Build relationships with nursing leaders, hospital executives, and operational stakeholders to ensure Swift meets their unique needs.
- Translate Needs Into Action: Gather business requirements and relay them clearly to our technical team to ensure smooth and successful implementations.
- Lead with Confidence: Host virtual and in-person meetings, facilitate training sessions, and create compelling documentation—FAQs, timelines, guides, etc.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Provide regular feedback to the product and engineering teams based on customer insights.
- Support Sales & Growth: Assist with sales presentations and marketing initiatives when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- You’re based in the Greater Atlanta area and can travel regularly to customer sites (primarily in Georgia to start).
- You have 5+ years of experience leading implementation or customer success for an enterprise technical solution—ideally in a hospital or healthcare system.
- You’re a strong communicator (both written and verbal) who can manage stakeholders from the front line to the C-suite.
- You love solving problems, managing projects, and adapting in a startup environment that evolves fast.
- You’re comfortable with hospital workflows and capable of navigating in-person meetings at clinical sites.
- You know your way around tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, HubSpot, and can quickly learn new systems.
- PMP certification is a big plus.
- Experience supporting sales and marketing efforts.
