As a
Senior Technical Product Manager on our Music Delivery Systems team, you'll own two essential areas of our platform:
- Our music delivery systems: powering the timely, reliable delivery of millions of tracks to streaming services like Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon
- Our internal content operations tools: streamlining album reviews, support workflows, and day-to-day operations
You'll partner with engineering, internal operations, design, and leadership to improve efficiency, reliability, and artist experience across both domains.
This role requires you to understand our technical architecture deeply enough to represent product and engineering in partner conversations without requiring an engineer present. You'll define roadmaps that earn buy-in from senior leadership while addressing both immediate needs and long-term scalability. When partner requests impact artist-facing experiences, you'll ensure those changes remain simple and aligned with artist needs.
You'll report to the Director of Product within our small, fast-moving team.

- Track record balancing long-term technical work with short-term priorities
- Strong product instincts for how backend changes impact user experience
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional teams and non-technical audiences
