About the Role:
Craft is seeking a talented marketer to lead our end-to-end Brand and Demand function.
The ideal candidate for this role is a creative, resourceful, self-starter who is excited to take ownership of the full-funnel demand lifecycle and the Craft brand. This person will collaborate closely with sales, sales operations, product marketing and marketing communications. We are looking for a passionate, out of the box, and metrics-driven operator who will push the boundaries to create effective integrated campaigns, events and lead gen activities. You will play a critical role in developing, evangelizing and executing cutting edge marketing methodologies and campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience leveraging modern marketing tech including AI to differentiate Craft, grow brand awareness and drive demand.
We’re looking for someone who is open to a hybrid work schedule and is available to come into our San Francisco office. Due to this, we’re only able to consider individuals located in San Francisco, CA for this role.
What You'll Do:
Define marketing channel objectives, KPIs, and goals.
Develop, deploy and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across channels (paid media, content syndication, SEO, GEO, email, webinars, events).
Create integrated ABM demand gen campaigns and field/events strategy across segments, regions and personas.
Own lead generation KPIs and continuously optimize for volume, quality, and cost.
Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure seamless lead hand-off and accurate attribution.
Build and test messaging, content, and targeting strategies for different personas.
Oversee automated marketing and lead nurturing programs.
Analyze funnel performance and communicate results to stakeholders with clarity.
Maintain and expand the marketing technology stack & operational systems, including account/lead scoring and triage, maintenance of prospect/customer data, and delivery of marketing performance reports.
Who You Are:
10+ years experience in B2B enterprise software growth marketing, field and programs.
Experience strategizing, building and measuring integrated demand generation campaigns, organizing and executing best in class field marketing activities and events.
Experience creating campaign content and amplifying it across all channels.
Experience building and targeting buyer/user personas.
Experience with SEO/SEM and early experience in GEM.
Experience with sales & marketing tools - Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics and Adwords, Apollo, AI/LLMs , etc.
