What's the opportunity?
We’re looking for a Senior Manager to lead Intercom’s most impactful brand activations and sponsorships across North America. In this role, you’ll shape high-quality, memorable experiences that highlight Fin’s product depth and Intercom’s evolving leadership in AI.
These aren’t demand-gen campaigns. They’re thoughtfully crafted brand moments that are designed to spark conversation, build trust, and demonstrate the real-world value of our AI-first approach.
You’ll own the full arc of strategy and execution, ensuring every activation is creatively ambitious and flawlessly delivered. You’ll also work closely with go-to-market teams to make sure these experiences connect to pipeline in purposeful, commercially meaningful ways.
What will I be doing?
- Own and lead Intercom’s full portfolio of brand sponsorships and event activations
- Drive the strategy and execution of tier 1 third-party events, including strategic sponsorships and product showcases that elevate our product story and market presence
- Deliver world-class creative execution across every detail, including activation design, attendee flow, AV, visuals, and on-site experience
- Bring Fin to life through experiences that clearly communicate its technical depth, product maturity, and category leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Communications, Executive Assistants, Brand Marketing, R&D, and Field Marketing to align on speakers, executive engagement, campaign tie-ins, and commercial goals
- Lead agencies and vendors to deliver high-impact, on-brand experiences on time and on budget
- Define and track success using a mix of brand and business metrics
- Travel approximately 25 to 30 percent to oversee on-site execution and uphold a high standard of quality
What skills do I need?
- 6+ years of experience leading end-to-end brand events and activations, ideally in a tech or B2B environment
- Proven ability to produce visually refined, creatively ambitious, and strategically aligned brand experiences
- A strong sense of ownership. You take initiative, follow through without needing direction, and hold yourself to a high standard
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment. You bring structure, make decisions quickly, and keep things moving
- Hands-on creative production expertise, with sound judgment across design, product storytelling, and attendee experience

Bonus skills & attributes
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management, or related field
- Experience working with or marketing AI products
- Multilingual (Spanish, French, Portuguese)
- Proficiency in event software platforms (e.g. ticketing, streaming, engagement tools)

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $147,000 - $170,000. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
