As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Deel’s US Payroll and PEO solutions, you’ll own the go-to-market strategy and execution for one of the fastest-growing areas of our business. You’ll partner closely with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for our US payroll and employer-of-record offerings. This is a strategic, cross-functional role focused on capturing market share and educating customers on the value of compliant, efficient workforce management in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and customer interviews to understand payroll and PEO buyer needs, regulatory trends, and the competitive landscape in the US.
Define clear product positioning, messaging, and differentiation for Deel’s US payroll and PEO solutions.
Lead product launches and strategic initiatives, including messaging frameworks, sales playbooks, and cross-functional go-to-market plans.
Partner with marketing teams (paid, events, content, social, field) to drive pipeline growth and campaign execution for payroll/PEO products.
Develop impactful sales and enablement assets including one-pagers, battle cards, pitch decks, pricing tools, and competitor guides.
Collaborate with the content team to produce relevant, high-impact materials like blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and customer videos.
Support sales with training, objection handling, and ongoing product updates to improve conversion and close rates.
Use customer feedback, usage data, and market insights to refine positioning and enhance the customer experience.
Measure performance across awareness, engagement, and revenue KPIs to iterate and improve marketing strategies.
Collaborate with product on positioning, product roadmaps, and GTM strategy
Qualifications:
5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in HR tech, payroll, or SaaS.
Deep understanding of US payroll regulations, HRIS systems, or PEO business models is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from strategy to execution in a fast-paced environment.
Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills with a focus on clarity and value-driven messaging.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions and drive performance.
Comfortable working across time zones and with distributed teams.
