Your Mission
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term contract, you'll be instrumental in scaling our Go-To-Market teams, primarily focusing on sales, marketing, revenue operations, and customer success roles within North America. This role will suit a recruiter who prioritises quality over quantity, priding themselves in delivering the best experience to Candidates and hiring teams alike.
You'll own the entire recruitment lifecycle, taking roles from initial kick-off with hiring managers through to extending offers to successful candidates, all while championing Propeller's employer brand and collaborating with leadership on strategic hiring initiatives. You’ll be joining a global Talent and People team and providing immediate support to our GTM team in Denver.
Your Skills
- Proven track record in Talent Acquisition within a technology or SaaS company, specifically recruiting for Go-To-Market functions which could include sales, marketing, revops or customer success.
- Exceptional interviewing skills with a personable and engaging approach.
- Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and quickly adapt to new teams and processes.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- A commitment to a quality-over-quantity approach in all recruitment efforts.

The salary range offered for this role is $70,000-$83,000. This will be pro rata for the 6-month period of this role. This range is tied to the market for this job in Colorado. Any salary offer extended will be based on skills, knowledge and experience.
