Compensation: $78,500.00 - $98,250.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary
The Senior Brand Activation Specialist is responsible for enhancing brand visibility by developing and executing strategic brand activation initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, creative, and product development, you will manage and implement campaigns that bring the brand to life in innovative, memorable ways. This role oversees merchandise implementation, leads thought leadership initiatives, strategic sponsorships, and global partnerships. S/he ensures brand consistency across all activities, collaborates with stakeholders, and tracks project performance to align with overall business goals.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand activation strategies to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
- Ensure brand alignment across all events, communications, and promotional activities.
- Organize brand activation events, from exclusive roundtables to large complex conferences.
- Regularly monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
- Manage relationships with agencies, press, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across various departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Report metrics on performance regularly. Monitor brand performance metrics and report insights to senior leadership.
- Maintain relationships with 3rd-party vendors and venues for event planning/logistics.
- Order and manage merchandising purchases and shipment.
- Manage and coordinate with marketing managers on the supply and demand of merchandise.
Campaign Support & Execution:
- Design and lead the execution of brand activation campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align brand activation strategies with product launches and key brand moments.
- Partner with the marketing and creative teams to create on-brand and on-strategy assets for campaigns, including digital, social media, experiential, and in-store activations.
- Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and on-budget execution.
- Act as the brand’s voice and advocate in cross-departmental meetings, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visuals.
- Work closely with analytics and insights teams to monitor the success of brand activation initiatives, utilizing data to inform future campaigns.
Strategic Sponsorships:
- Research and develop strategic plans to promote the OneStream brand through strategic sponsorships.
- Negotiate contracts and deals on behalf of OneStream.
- Manage relationships with all vendors involved in the project, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate all event-related activities, including logistics, marketing, and communications.
- Oversee event execution (in-person and virtual), ensuring all aspects of the event align with brand messaging and goals.
- Report on project progress, providing insights and updates to senior leadership.
Thought Leadership:
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, external partners, and sponsors.
- Plan and execute events, both in-person and virtual, that align with the initiative’s mission and goals.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials and communications related to the initiative.
- Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging throughout the initiative.
Merchandising Coordination and Implementation:
- Develop a plan for new merchandise that aligns with the company’s brand and objectives.
- Work with our chosen vendor and oversee the entire process from design to distribution, ensuring that all items meet brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input on merchandise needs and manage inventory levels.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degrees in marketing or business administration, or other relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the organization’s core business process and operations.
- 5-6 years of marketing B2B experience, SaaS preferred.
- Proven track record in successfully managing and executing large-scale campaigns and events.
- Familiarity with marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, HubSpot, Tableau, etc).
- Ability to prioritize business issues and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior communication skills, including obtaining support from senior and executive-level management.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Experience managing budget from multiple projects.
