Are you curious, articulate, and passionate about storytelling in tech? Coveo Labs team is looking for a Technical Writer Intern to help us communicate the future of AI, search, and relevance. Your mission? Translate groundbreaking experiments into compelling narratives that resonate with engineers, product managers, partners, and the broader tech community.
As an intern, you’ll join Coveo Labs, the experimental branch of Coveo, dedicated to innovation and the development of new solutions on the Coveo Platform. Your role will be to make this work visible, understandable, and engaging.
Your impact, day to day:
Collaborate with researchers and engineers to understand the latest prototypes and breakthroughs.
Write blog posts, technical deep dives, and innovation spotlights that showcase our experiments.
Maintain internal documentation on projects, tools, and exploratory findings.
Contribute to Coveo Docs by documenting Labs APIs, reusable methods, and developer tools.
Support partner-facing content that explains our work in ways that enable integration and co-innovation.
Assist with presentation decks, User Interface mockup documentation, and social media blurbs using tools like Figma.
Push updates to our documentation site or blog platform and help test preview builds.
The Essentials:
You are currently studying in either a technical communication, journalism, professional writing, or communications program in a Bachelors degree or higher in the province of Québec.
You can be present at the office at least two days a week. Our hybrid work model offers flexibility, you can benefit from face-to-face learning from your team on office days while home days allow you to focus and complete complex work.
You are available to work full-time for 15 weeks and are legally entitled to do so in Canada.

You hold excellent writing skills in English; you have a love for writing technical concepts in a clear and engaging way.
You’re comfortable reading or lightly editing code (JavaScript, Python, etc.).
You’re curious by nature, you’re not afraid to ask the right questions to get a thorough understanding of your tasks.
You have a strong sense of ownership; always finding ways to learn and keeping up with current trends.
You’re proud of what you create; you strive to grow and are results-driven.
