What's the opportunity?
We’re looking for an analytical, experienced, and inspiring Sales Operations Manager to lead our AMERPAC Core Sales Operations team within the Revenue Operations department. Our departmental mission is to empower Intercom’s go-to-market (GTM) teams with the systems, insights, and strategies that drive predictable revenue growth and create exceptional customer experiences.
As Manager, AMERPAC Core Sales Operations, you will be a pivotal strategic partner to our Head of NAMER/LATAM Sales and other regional sales leaders. This unique opportunity places you at the forefront of data, process optimization, and strategy execution, leading a high-impact team that will directly contribute to our fast-growing sales team achieving ambitious targets. You’ll champion operational excellence, setting high standards and empowering your team to deliver improved efficiencies for both sellers and Sales leadership. What will I be doing?
- Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to AMERPAC sales leaders, proactively understanding their challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and aligning Sales Operations initiatives with regional sales goals.
- Process Design & Optimization: Develop, implement, and continuously refine scalable operational cadences for sales forecasting, quarterly business reviews, and performance reporting. Establish clear, efficient intake processes for new sales operations requests, ensuring effective prioritization and execution by your team.
- Strategic Project Leadership: Lead high-impact sales operations projects from conception to successful execution, leveraging industry best practices in areas such as sales forecasting methodology, territory design, and Salesforce enhancements.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Operations specialists, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continued growth
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Oversee the regular analysis of sales performance data, developing and maintaining robust dashboards and reporting frameworks. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to sales leadership on key trends, pipeline health, conversion rates, and areas for strategic intervention.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Champion a culture of precision and high standards within the team, ensuring exceptional quality in all project deliverables, documentation, and sales enablement engagements that impact and drive change within the Sales team.
What skills do I need?
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or AI company.
- Proven People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams; foster accountability & growth.
- Advanced Salesforce Expertise: Reporting, dashboards, data integrity, user administration, etc.
- Exceptional Analytical & Data Modeling: Expert Excel/Google Sheets; translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong Project Management: Manage multiple projects from scope to delivery; organized & detail-oriented.
- Exceptional Communication: Clear, concise written/verbal skills; adept at presenting insights to leadership.
- Strategic Business Acumen: Translate sales strategy into operational plans; proactive problem-solver.

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $162,000-$193,500. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
